I appreciate your suggestion to give the Celtic Quest and Port Jeff a try so I plan to do just that. I booked the 12 noon boat and now I'm looking at the tide tables and the low tide starts at 2:35pm that day. Does this matter? Have I decreased my chances here? Should I switch to the later boat?
(By the way, this Q & A format is great. Sometimes guys in bait shops are like car mechanics. That is, they get a kick out of knowing something you don't know and they often give half-baked obnoxious answers. You guys don't do that. You guys are true professionals!)
