Tile Fishing

Has anyone been out to fish for tiles yet this year? Going out next weekend and was wondering if anyone has any reports?

Just had one outside source. A bit slow on the Tiles. Its surprising since most of last month was a weekend wind disaster and little offshore fshing was possible. I'll post pix (if they are not embarrasing) when I get back next Tuesday.

The commercial tile boats are getting them good with alot of quality fish.

I thought commercials were prohibited from fishing them this year??

only the boats with the DAS (days at sea permits).

and there are only a few left. This was a great fishery until the feds got involved, now 80% of the boats are out of the busines including myself.,,,joe:moon:
