How hard these new reg's will effect the fishing community, the industry and the trickle down economy that brings millions of dollars on to Long Island is yet to be known, but we'll have to wait and see. Don't count on too many keeper fluke in the cooler this year!

You've got a better chance of winning the lottery than hooking four keeper fluke in one day. Been fluking with Cowkiller for a couple weeks now and I'd estimate that only one out of every 30-40 fluke brought over the rails has been over 20.5 inches. Maybe you can verify that, Joe? :(

The sad part is you would probally have better odds on the lotto.
