Welcome Capt. John Jorgensen and the Riptide 3 of City Island to TFL for 2008....with Capt Chris of the Island Current and John on the Riptide we have the western Sound covered for you folks with great fishing and great reports now!
Riptide III (718-885-0236): The Riptide III sails from the first left over the City Island Bridge at Jorgensen's Landing in City Island, “The Gateway to the Long Island Sound." The Riptide III fishes daily and offers sunset and moonlight charters. T
he Riptide III is safe and comfortable with a full kitchen and bar and a DJ on our cruises. They are currently sailing for flounder every day full day and starting this Saturday will start poking around some local wrecks and reefs for blackfish with combo flounder/tog trips based on tides.
