Proceeds used to restore habitat at Partridge Run WMA

The Upper Hudson Valley Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society will hold its Fall Quail Shoot at Hilltown Quail* 336 County Route 1* Westerlo* NY on Saturday* September 22* 2007 beginning with registration at 7:30 a.m.

According to Tim Lippert* hunters will be provided the use of a dog or they can bring their own. Registration is $125 per gun for RGS members and $150 for non members and includes lunch consisting of grilled quail and roast leg of Boar. Proceeds from this event will be used to restore and protect grouse and woodcock habitat at Partridge Run Wildlife Management Area.
