Goliath Porgies & Humpback Sea Bass These trips will be aboard the new ISLAND CURRENT II heading either into the Atlantic Ocean or Eastern part of Long Island Sound; fishing wrecks* reefs* or rockpiles. Last year these trips produced some of our largest Sea Bass & Porgies. There is a strict 30 passenger limit; $85 per person. Sailing every Wednesday* September thru October* leaving at 4 AM.
NOVEMBER 50/50 The November 50/50 Trips were a big hit and will continue to run in 2007. These trips are intended for serious BLACKFISH anglers. The trips have a special early departure leaving at 6:00 AM and start heading in when it gets dark. There is a strict12 person limit and the cost is $100.00 per person. The unique aspect of this trip is that the boat takes $600.00 and the other $600.00 goes to the angler who catches the largest blackfish of the day. So someone* out of the 12 people on board* will take home $600.00.

EAST END BLACKFISH WRECKATHON These trips are run aboard the NEW ISLAND CURRENT II allowing us greater range to hit easterly wrecks* reefs* and rock piles that are seldom fished. These trips have a special early departure leaving at 4:00 AM and return in the evening. There is a strict 25-person limit and cost $85.00 per person. Dates: Fridays: November 2nd* 9th* 16th* 23rd* & 30th.
OCEAN MONSTER BLACKFISH We will be fishing all winter long heading out to the famous 17 Fathoms* South Reef* and the Shrewsbury Grounds. These grounds produce monster blackfish. Largest caught in 2005 was a whopping 13 Pounds; 2006 largest 12 ½ pounds. These trips are available for private charter and open boat reservations. Ocean trips leave 5 AM and the fare is $85 per person. Reservations are strongly recommended. Please check out our website for winter fishing dates.
