party boat set up

im looking to put together a decent set up for party boats* peferably spinning that i can use there* and also if i wanted to toss a chunk of the dock if need be. not looking to spend that much money probably in the 100-200 dollar range and be in like medium medium/light decent spool capacity and will be doing a lot of jigging* dont want to kill my shoulder after fishing for 4 hours.

Look at the Okuma Salina either the 55 or 65 model. This is one awesome reel and sells in the $85 range. I would match that up with a Seeker East Coast 7' rod .

If you prefer graphite and a rod that is less than $100 you can look at the Tsunami Trophy Boat Spin series. But personally* I would go with Seeker.
