On sunday wanted to see what the fuss was about with these striped fishes to the east first attempt at 8am I did not like the ocean swells decided not worth it. fished inside and then heard the ocean calmed down. At 1pm we slammed through the inlet and found mostly canyon jockeys anchored all over the place. We sliped in and managed 2 fish for the cooler in th high teen possible low 20's in 2 hours of peanut dunking and clam dunking. Lost a monster that pulled me across the stern and ran under the boat and parted the line t the not after a 3 minute battle.

be safe and respect that inlet

1/2 mile or so west of the drain and in 53 feet looked like to much competition near the drain. we looked for marks and droped the anchor near a few other boats. I heard the rotor produced a few quality bigger fish on live horse bunker
