$200 is kind of alot of money for striped bass, even cod offshore trips and overnighters for cod are cheaper

and why is this trip $200 and the other one $125?

Chris

I understand your feelings. I thought exactly the same at first.

Let me explain.

If $125.00 is a fair amount of money to you. Which also is the going rate for a charter. Add a tip of 20%=$25.00 for the mate. I believe Rich said he was going to have food and give stuff away. Also, you have the oppportunity to learn alot from an expert fisherman, like Rich. So $200 is not so off the mark for the trip If you want to join us on the other trip, you are welcome . I believe there are two spots still open. I was on the first trip. My experience was Celtic Horizon is a fine boat, piloted by a great captain. The fishing out of Orient has been really hot lately. I hope it stays that way.

Hope this helps you understand.

Because I was going to be working deck with mate Kenny Tica as the group's personal fishng tutor to teach the group the in's and out's of three way bucktailing the North Fork, as I did on TV a few years back with Capt. Dave Lawrence along with bringing some nice gifts and prizes.

I was looking forwqrd to it as well, many interested parties especially from NJ, but that is a long ride and a Monday night is tough to fill.

Chris , If you are really interested in some night time bassing, Just like BEB said, there's still two spots open for 07/08. Just PM me and I'll give you the details. Celtic Horizon is a great boat , we've been on it before, and three way bucktailing at night is awesome. You'll have a lot of fun and you'll have a shot at some trophy bass too!!
