Rj and guys-
I have top notch speakers on my computer and music sounds great-BUT- Rich's radio show is always unclear and fuzzy.
Has anybody else had this problem?

What kind of net connection do you have? It may be a buffering problem if your connection is slow.

The show has always come through my computer acceptably. I have Optimum on line.
However today, while Rich was broadcasting from the Boat Show, I could barely understand him. This was strange since the sound quality of his guests was fairly good.

I have windows XP-the latest IE, and optonline-as Aquarius said RJ's guest was almost clear, but RJ was impossible to understand-I tried other net radio stations and they were very clear:confused:
first time I have heard about this...what about last week's broadcast fomr the Javits center...were both weeks just as poor quality?

RJ
I was away last week and did not hear the broadcast. In the past, the internet hook up has been OK when it worked. There were many times last summer when the Internet broadcast did not work at all. The sound quality is usually OK, but not as good as the radio.
Yesterday, it was only Rich that I could not understand on the internet connection. The guests were OK. The radio broadcast was better, but Rich's sound quality was not as good as his guests as well.
This makes me think that it may be the equipment you were using at the show.
Let me know if you need anymore info. I listened to almost the whole show and heard it both on radio and computer depending on what room of the house I was in.

This wasn't the first time the sound was not clear-maybe a test on your equipment is needed if others have had this problem
Found out the problem with the broadcast on Saturday..I was fancy and used a wireless mic while my guests were hard wired. Next remoete at Nassau Coliseum will be better. Please let me know if it isn't!
